**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards

- Anticipate guests' needs and provide recommendations as needed

- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service

- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times

- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
 

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus
